Dillon Lewis has been working in the music industry for years. Dillon Lewis is a multi-musician who understands the profession and likes to respond to the wishes of the music lover.  He’s a producer, composer, performer, teacher, entrepreneur and dj.

Dillon Lewis comes from a very musical family. His father was the first steelpan player to bring the Caribbean sound (soca, calypso, dancehall) to the Netherlands. His sister Berget Lewis is one of the most famous singers in the Netherlands. In addition, his brothers Alvin Lewis and Rory Ronde are two highly regarded guitarists in the Netherlands.

Dillon Lewis is one of the first breakdancers (b-boy) in the Netherlands. This was in the eighties. With the formation 'Alex & the City Crew' he belonged to the most famous act in the Netherlands.

In the mid-eighties he started his first live band 'D-Extended' followed by 'New Jack Style'. He scored his first top 40 hit 'Special Girl'. In the early zero’s he became band leader of the band 'Food for Funk'. In this capacity he and his family organized various musical evenings in big venues, called 'Soul Survivors'. With this new format they brought live music back to Amsterdam and created a platform for new singing talent. Over the years he has worked with various artists who became famous through this platform.

Nowadays he is active for various projects. His highlights were collaborations with several artist from Holland and abroad such as Robert Thicke, Gloria Estafan, Ladies of Soul, Sheila E, Candy Dulfer and more.
